Strategy — Process
We analysed Conner Injury Law's position in Washington's competitive personal injury market and Kevin's unique background fighting insurance companies. Our audit revealed missed opportunities to showcase their $50 million recovery track record and specialisation in complex cases like CRPS and traumatic brain injuries.
We developed a comprehensive brand strategy positioning Kevin Conner as the lawyer who knows every insurance company trick and isn't afraid of trial. The brand bible established messaging pillars around levelling the playing field, with specific focus on their Mount Vernon base serving clients statewide.
We created 14 professional images depicting various injury scenarios, courtroom settings, and Kevin in action across Washington State. These visuals specifically represent car accidents, workplace injuries, and catastrophic cases to resonate with potential clients facing similar situations.
We constructed a 9-page website optimised for personal injury searches across Skagit County and Washington State. The technical build focused on case-specific landing pages for TBI, CRPS, and workplace injuries, with clear calls-to-action for Mount Vernon consultations.
We produced 10 branded social media assets and marketing materials for consistent communication across all touchpoints. These assets reinforce Conner Injury Law's authority in personal injury cases and support their referral network throughout Washington State.
