Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Nunya Bunya ("we", "us", "our") for digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Nunya Bunya provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: social media management, paid advertising, search engine optimisation, content creation, and campaign management. The specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the creative assets we produce specifically for your business. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, etc.) remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Cancellation

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. No lock-in contracts. You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantee of specific results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the month in which the claim arises.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after termination of services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
